En la Asamblea Extraordinaria de ASPES-CL que tuvo lugar 24 de octubre de 2009 en Valladolid, se eligió el Comité Permanente Autonómico. La candidatura elegida fue la presentada por D. Honorio Vega Guillén en la que junto al comité permanente figuran una Secretaría Técnica de Asesoramiento Adscrita a la Presidencia, un Comité de Conflictos y una Comisión Económica.
